The design process was incredibly easy! I typed in the wording and was able to find a design to compliment the phrase. There's a wide variety of colors of shirts available. Shipping was quick too!

I had an excellent experience shopping at Custom Ink! The customer service was top-notch and the product was exactly what I had envisioned! One minor piece of criticism is that the shirts came in plastic packaging. Moving to eco-friendly packaging would have made this, hands down, a "wow!" experience.

Other than the size, the overall experience with Custom Ink was very positive and are please with the print results. The only problem is the sizing.

I ordered ONE T-shirt and I think my father received TO. Please make sure I am not charged for the extra. You may want to see where a mistake was made and correct it before the company starts losing money and then employees.

Custom inks website is very easy to go through. I've told many of my friends were I had ordered them from. I will use custom ink again lots of choices of shirts, colors and designs.

I just received my original order which is almost two weeks late. I know this may not have been any fault of yours but maybe working closer with UPS might help in the future. When I reached out to your company about the delay a new order was immediately placed and shipped out, which got here in time for graduation. Thanks for your quick response in solving the problem.
