I didn't know that my logo would be a simple iron-on that will probably wash off after a few washes. The website did not indicate this. I was expecting that my logo be "inked" on, you know, it's sort of implied with your company name. I will not buy again.
I love the tshirts. Easy process. Good quality and quick accurate production. I'll be in touch again, when I have more printing needs.

I found customink.com earlier this year, and they quickly landed at the top of my list for vendors to use. I own a small business and print custom artwork on a variety of things, and all of my projects with custom ink have been high quality with great materials and great printing. Their customer service is wonderful and responsive, and I'm thankful for a company that is easy to work with. I am so impressed, and will always look here first for my printing needs.
I designed this shirt for my dad for Father's Day. He's in love with my dog, so I put a picture of them on a shirt for him. The print turned out perfect and I know he's going to love it.
I've ordered company shirts from several big websites (as well as locally here in Alaska) and am VERY impressed with CustomInk. I loved that I could create the design right from the website, versus designing myself and emailing over. The proofs came back super quick and the product arrived a full week earlier than expected (and turnaround was ALREADY two weeks faster than the competition). My only complaint is that the screen printing was a little rough on most of the shirts - almost like there was lint/dirt in the ink when it was printed.
Great experience! I needed to add an additional shirt after placing the initial order, and customer service was super friendly and easy! No issues with communication, shipping, or quality of work. Will definitely use Customink again!

Crisp print, reasonable delivery time (even though I would have preferred the option to pay for express service, which was not an option for my order). The graphics are great. The quality of the product wasn't even worth $3. I am stuck with a large amount of masks that's not even worth the cost of shipping! I am so upset about this product

It's been awhile since I used your services, so I had to ask for a bit of help to locate particular places to better understand how your web site worked. The only thing I had an issue with is, the size of the print of the shirt was much smaller than indicated on your sample provided. The person whom I did this for was happy with it, however they were not aware of the sample provided as I was. The unfortunate thing was it was for a Father's day gift and their wasn't any time to have the shirts fixed, so as far as this was concerned, I would say for the first time, I was disappointed.
Shipping on one of the 3 shirts I ordered came 2 days after the guaranteed date. They offered a $25 voucher off a future order but no refund on the current order. I don't plan on ordering again so useless.
Super easy to order a single t-shirt for my husband for father's day! I was worried this was a site for bulk orders, but it wasn't too hard to just get one. It got here earlier than expected, too!

I ordered a small quantity of the lite blue shirts with "LOVE" on the front that is Amazon's approved Glamazon design. I am finding shirts with some type of brown substance on the bottom. I want to assume positive intent and say that it is mud but honestly it looks like feces. I have found three so far and now will have to go through the entire batch of every shirtTo say that I am disappointed is an understatement
