I really appreciate the professionalism of Custom Ink. We return every year to order our family reunion t-shirts. The employees work together as a team. In our experience, they are all capable, well informed, and able to answer questions and meet our needs. Regardless of who we speak with during the process of placing our order, we always receive superior personalized help and exceptional customer service. We usually need their help to tweak our custom logo designs to create just the right logo and they always come through with flying colors. Each person we have ever worked with throughout the ordering process is knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and very helpful. I really appreciate the quick turn-around to receive the shirts. T shirts were great however was extremely disappointed in the polo shirts. The material recommended was terrible. It's so uncomfortable that I won't even wear them. Waste of money
