Awesome customer service! Awesome product. We ordered a custom print on large adult shirts and small shirts for our 6 yr old. The only thing that disappointed us was that the size of the design had to be smaller to fit the design area of our kids t shirt. So it looks great on our kids t shirt but the design was too small on all the other adult size T-shirts' and hoodies. Moral of the story: use caution when ordering both kid sizes and adult sizes on the same order. The design may be too small on the adult shirts.
I would order from you again and recommend anyone who needed custom orders to order from you. My experience was great the guys loved the shirts.

I ran into some difficulties while customizing an area of the shirt through the website and the Custom Ink team was able to help and turnaround the design for me very quickly. The customer service team was diligent in following up with me and ensuring the order was what I wanted and that it would be approved, printed, and shipped in time for our event. Even followed up with a text to remind me to approve the image so it could it could be printed and the delivery timeline was kept in tact. The order arrived several days earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. Will definitely return to Custom Ink the next time I'm planning an event and need printed goods.
I can't thank Custom Ink enough. With having a death in the family getting the shirts in short amount of time seemed near impossible. However, Custom Ink made it happen. We received our shirts on the day that was promised and they looked great. I also want to thank Britnei who was awesome with checking with her team and keep in touch throughout the process. Ultra cotton T-shirts are a scratchy, hard material and if you provide own image, colors won't turn out right.
