Great experience - hoped to get the shirts in time to hand out to students, but UPS delayed for an unknown reason. At first this was very frustrating, but customer service waived the rush charges which really eased the pain. Thank you!

Always a fantastic experience. Customer service will actually give you an opinion when you are trying to decide on a best option. I greatly appreciate the expertise they provide and the product is always better than I can imagine. They even helped me figure out how to add a subtle coronavirus theme in our vacation shirt :)

The shirts were easy to design and make quickly. And they came in on time even with Covid which was really important as they were for a family event.

I used custom ink once before for my business and the results were great. The next time I had shirts made I tried to go local and use a small shop. The results were not great. I'll be sticking with custom ink moving forward.

We love our new farm shirts! The customer service chat was super! Someone helped me get about $50 off by not having two colors on the back of our shirts and just having the shirt show through. This is what I wanted and just didn't know how to do it! We are very happy with our shirts and will order more in the future!
