Printing quality was good but the shirt was very hard and rough. I'm hoping when it is washed it will soften up, if not I probably won't wear it as it's not comfortable on the skin.

I love to design with Custom Ink, but I was not pleased with the quality of the t-shirt I ordered. The shirt is flimsy and feels very cheap; I should have simply ordered a basic t-shirt. In trying to purchase a higher quality shirt, I ended up with something that I probably will not wear. I am very frustrated and disappointed with the overall product. It is such poor quality fabric that I am afraid to wash it. The shirt is also irregularly sized. Sigh... I expect more from Custom Ink. I have loved them in the past and have never had this experience before. Be careful when selecting your t-shirt. I will probably use a local company from now on to avoid this type of problem.

I found this site late in the evening, and after searching a few other sites, I returned to Custom Ink. Your professional looking website drew me in. I also really appreciated the ability to design the shirt with the virtual website. Once I decided that I was going to order, your website game me the option of telephone or internet chat. I chose the later and was assisted by Krista. I couldn't have found anyone better, Krista was friendly professional and even provided me tips to make my custom shirts better. I also loved the customer service emails, ensuring my order was correct before printing. Just professional all around. Was equally as impressed when I received them... packaged in a perfect box that did not wrinkle the shirts one bit. The guys loved them and proudly wore them the next day.
