Overall I'm very satisfied with my first custom ink purchase.
My biggest issue is your website. The viewing of saved designs is annoying and I don't like having to receive an email for every new design. It is just not a very professional, user friendly, or efficient website. I have since placed three separate orders - at the same time, one after the other - because I couldn't figure out how to order all 3 items in one order. That was very frustrating. Also, figuring out pricing is frustrating in that I have to edit items several times and then go back and forth changing quantities to get pricing for all variations. Maybe you have this and I just didn't see it, but there should be a price list for each item listing the price for all quantities, beginning with minimum, and all variations like front design only, front & back design, and number of colors, etc. And the fact that we can't add sleeve, hood, or leg designs or see their pricing for these without contacting you. I haven't seen the received item yet but my boss said they turned out really well.

The product turned out nice. However, customer service was mostly non existent. If you have experience using this site and know what to expect, then I guess I wouldn't recommend against it. However, if you're looking to be helped out through the process I would advice you to use a different website and company.
