Matt Reilly was very patient with me, as I had to do three proofs. The proofs were done in a matter of hours and I placed my order online without any issues. Once I receive my coins, I'm sure they will be amazing.

Gave them an idea for the layout and they pretty much nailed the design on the first try. We asked for a few changes and the response was excellent and super fast. Great working with them.
Only problem was opening the proofs as an attachment. However, after some effort I resolved the problem and easily made a decision on the proof. Very responsive to providing the third proof I requested.
I understand why, but... there is not "re-order" option on the website.
I had difficulty opening the link for the re-order (I think it has been too long from when I received it until able to order). I contacted Matt - who IS Johnny-on-the-spot and always gets back quickly. He re-sent the re-order link and I ordered 200 more coins with no problems.
