About a year ago one of my counterparts requested a quote for a coin. Due to funding limitations (his request was on behalf of a group of people) we could not order any coins. Recently I requested a new quote and received it very promptly. Then I asked for a couple of revisions and received them promptly as well. I couldn't be happier with my experience with "Custom Challenge Coins" so far. I just placed my order and I am now anxiously awaiting the arrival of these coins.

Communications were excellent and extremely fast. If the coins arrive looking like the proofs, then they are immaculate. Completion and shipping quoted around 3 weeks, haven't had a chance to comment on that. Absolutely plan to be a repeat customer!

Everything went very well. There were no delays at all. The coins look great and I know everyone will like them.
I emailed your sales dept for instructions on how to reorder coins. I received a response within 10 minutes with a link to the reorder form. Very easy transaction.
The order process was pretty simple. My only concern is that I could not see the image of the coin that I was ordering. I was a little concerned about placing the order using only the artwork name and proof #. Hopefully all works out with my coin order.
