Excellent experience. I was given "Custom Challenge Coins" as a contact by a couple of other folks in my agency. They had recently placed an order and were very happy w/ all aspects of their transaction and the final product. After seeing the coin they had produced...I called CCC immediately.
I did contact CS, but I would not say it was for "issues". I had some questions and needed some guidance. I spoke w/ Barry on several different occasions and was very happy with his service. This has been an easy endeavor w/ the help I received. The best part about these interactions is that I did not have to grind through a computerized answering system and Barry answered every time w/in several rings...THANK YOU.
The response on graphics production was very high speed... "FAST"...like literally a couple hours at most on several different proofs. If the coins develop as nicely as the graphic representations...as I am sure they will...I will have a group of very satisfied individuals when they receive their coins!
