The dress is fine I didn't like it
I'm trying to get an address to send it back. I got an email saying it was sent I another email. I never got the email

Very difficult to return item. No response from the company and short return window.

To Late receiving the dress! Took to long time delivery!

The dresses run small. I normally wear a size 14 and X large is too small. Otherwise I would've been happy with the dresses. The only other issue is it took a long time to receive them.

It appears everything on this site is "on sale". I think those are just the regular prices but made to look like they are on for a deal (they never change to "full price"). I honestly was incredibly nervous ordering from this company... But there are people who post on IG wearing their clothing and I read a bunch of the reviews left on the clothes.

You don't receive an email confirmation for your order. I fortunately ordered with PayPal and got a record of payment receipt. It took a while to get a tracking number and there was no tracking scan updates until after it went through customs (which was about 3 weeks or so). I have not tried contacting their customer service myself about anything but have heard from some that they get zero reply. I followed the sizing guides on their website for each garment and the dresses I ordered fit fine.

I was very excited to get my new clothes. First they took a while to be delivered. I ordered 3 tops and 2 bottoms. I usually wear an XL. The clothes pictured flowy tops. Well they are not. They were not long enough to be flowy unless you are 5' 2" or less. In fact I could barley get 2 of them on. The bottoms are on the small side as well. Not only that they are all linen and need special care. I will not be ordering from this company again. I do not recommend this site.

This website has something that will kick your request for refund back. It won't go through.

I ordered these dresses a size larger than your size chart indicated and they are still too small. It has taken a week for you to respond to me, becase of the slowness of response I give you a low score on customer service

Dress is way too small. The measurements listed on the website are not accurate. I am returning the dress.

Took weeks to arrive. Came in a tacky bag package plastic bag? Just over all low quality everything.

I ordered two dresses and the one fit perfectly, exactly as expected, but the other one was way too big. They were both size small, so I don't understand why one was so much bigger than the other. Also, my package took several weeks to get to me.

The dress is a thin, silky material. And way too big. It is not what I expected at all

I received all my items, it just took a little longer then expected.

The representative and I had a disagreement about where the waist measurement should be taken. The dictionary says the waist is the the "part of the body in humans between the ribs and the hips, usually the narrowest part of the torso." The representative told me their waist measurement is taken about 3" below the under breast measurement. In other words, sized for a 6 year old. Disappointed. Such an easy problem to fix: Use universal measurement placement.

There is no info for exchanging items if needed when we get our item. No receipt either but I am happy with the quality and the timely delivery.

I have requested to return the dress. I am now waiting on instructions for that.
