My ordervwas suppose to arrive at my house June 27th per your instructions. I paid extra money for this to happen, to receive it July 7th is not acceptable, especially since I ordered the dresses to have for events July 4-6... you have e a good selection of clothing, but due to your customers I will find another company to order my winter clothes.

I did not like the two orders and wanted to return them for a full refund. Returning complicated and extremely expensive therefore I opted to keep the two items I did not like and receive a 50% refund. Am not happy with the product or the return procedures. How long before I receive 50% return refund?

Do not care for items received. Fit is not good - styles and sizing unpredictable - some run large others tight. Fabric is cheap. Delivery took too long. Will be donating to my favorite charity and will never order from any similar site again. Valuable lesson learned.

I purchased two dresses for a wedding I was going to, I paid for expedited shipping since the event was in 20 days and I wanted to make sure I got it in time. I received the dresses two days after the event. Since I no longer needed the dresses I requested a full refund since that's what they state on the site, full refund. That's a joke! First they offered me a 50% refund and I could keep the dresses (I don't need the dresses) then they was they would refund the cost of the dresses but not the shipping and I would also have to pay for the return shipping and I had to send them the tracking label and it would take up to so long to get my refund. The dresses I received weren't even the ones I ordered they were the same style but not the colors. I will never order from them more will I ever recommend them to anyone for anything, this site is a joke!

The photos in the ads were so inviting that I did something I don't normally do – I ordered clothing online. It was difficult to get one of the dresses off because it got stuck at my shoulders. The photos suggested a little more shape at the waistline.

Ordered three dresses for a wedding. Once I received shipping confirmation I saw they were sending two in the correct size and one in the wrong size. When I contacted them, they kept telling me it is what I ordered. Thankfully I always take pictures anytime I use a coupon, so I had the proof to show them. They still kept telling me it was my fault. All i wanted to do was return and exchange for the correct size, nope. Then after paying shipping, they informed me to return them I would pay for shipping again. The one dress was decent quality the other two were crap, thin, cheap material that didn't even match their own website pictures, so I didn't even donate those two just cut them up for rags. Also found out the site tries to pretend to be an American company, but the items are shipped from China. Reported them to the BBB. Warning, don't do business with this company!

Dress did not fit. Response to my problem was good. Used credit to purchase something else. However one item was out of stock so had to pick something else. Very long delay in shipping those items. Again every time I had to contact them response was timely. Never ordered clothes on line before and will not do so again. Price was cheap but that was reflected in the quality of the clothes.
