Overall, I'm disappointed with this purchase. The tracking was not available at all until a day or two before delivery. I contacted customer service twice to ensure my order had not been lost and they did respond promptly but could not give me any tracking info. They just said it was ordered and on it's way. When the sweater arrived I was disappointed with the quality and color which does not match the picture shown.
