Dress purchase

I bought this dress, erring on the side of the larger of the two sizes I was considering. It was too big. Now, after several days and several iterations of conversation, I have received a credit of $11.69. I had paid $48.97 for it, including shipping. This compensation was offered as an alternative to returning it at my own expense. I will alter it myself to fit. I won't be ordering from this company again because this is far too much trouble for a clothing purchase.

Total disappointment

Had to wait forever for order to arrive. Couldn't track order because website was not secure and I received an alert saying website could steal personal info and not to proceed. Dress was way too long for my 5' frame. Return process was another mess of frustration. Customer is responsible for everything. I will not order anything from this company ever again.
