Very disappointed in their customer service regarding returns. I have sent 4 emails to try to get a return authorization and address to send items that do not fit. They sent an initial response offering $15 to keep these items with steps to return them without disclosing a return authorization and address to send them.
It has been almost a month and my order is still in their 3 day process phase. I only got 1 response that 1 item was out of stock and have sent 5 emails since to customer service with no response.
Cute items but not great quality. Won't order from this company again.

As you can clearly see. I did not get the sweater I ordered. Vastly different in color. I sent an email requesting return information and have not heard back
I am trying to return my items and the team does not respond in a timely manner.
The clothes should have all been the same size but they weren't. The pants were either too long or didn't fit at all. The material used in the clothes is sub-par. The shirts had a pattern on one side but nothing on the inside. The material used for the shirts was not a breathable fabric. These clothes looked much cuter in the pics than they actually were. I won't be using any of them.
Beautiful top with vibrant colors. The colors are spectacular.
Order was easy, you dont get as quick as website leads you to believe. The shorts are small for size. I oedered XL thinking they would be very roomy on me. I couldt get them on. The size chart is not correct.They also have to be ironed. Not what i want to do iron shorts.
I was very disappointed with the quality of these shirts, for what I paid I thought they would be better than flea market quality. Then I had to fight with customer service to get a refund, took at least a week and numerous emails to get a response and then I didn't even get a full refund. Just glad I got some back but lesson learned I will never order from them again!
