I have sent 5 emails now to try and get an adress for a return. The only email I got back was them offering Me $21 for an $82 order and I can keep the clothes that DON'T fit. No phone number for the company. The web site says they will get back to you in 1 day. Not true. I have been contacting them since April 17!
Very disappointed.Dress material of poor quality. Color nothing like picture.Have been waiting waiting to hear from the company on how I can return them. So far, no response.

Emailed customer service due to item too small. Days later got an email asking exactly what part was too small, would I be willing to accept $6 to keep and to not send item back to return address on package yet they don't tell you where to send it. Have emailed them daily for 4 days as to return address and they are not responding.

There has been a HUGE delay in getting a "return label" printed and mailed to me. Please, please, get this to me so that I can return my blouse; by the way the blouse was nice; I didn't like how it looked on me.
Neither pants not shirt look anything like the photo. The color is lighter, the pants not as wide and flowy and the shirt so poorly made that it went straight to the trash.
It took forever to arrive. Don't waste your money, the clothes look nothing like the photos they use to advertise.
Takes a little bit to get them, some run a little big, but can tolerate a little larger and adapt the size to fit better.
Each of the 4 items ran differently even though I purchased the same size! The impression black/white top is way too big in the shoulders and the abstract print round neck is way too tight. The floral print V neck button blouse is tight vs the blackwhite top even though they are the same style and the leaf print short sleeves are much shorter than pictured! Overall I am NOT happy with this purchase.
Very unhappy, I did not receive my order. I will not order from here again.
I returned 3 blouses that didn't fit and quite frankly very cheaply made - after several back and forth I finally got a return address which they won't pay for - sent it all back in the original packaging, put in the copy of my order with a bar code and sent it back in a very timely manner - I even sent them a copy of the tracking number as requested and they received it on April 28th at 12:54p - I have not gotten my refund owed me as we speak - I email them daily and I hear nothing! These companies are horrible to deal with that use American type names but really they are all overseas! Please be careful - I hope this company and many others like this get shut down! It's horrible what they are doing! If they had a zero star I would have used it - they don't deserve any stars!
Worst experience purchasing a top. I purchase quite a few tops and other items on line. I have to say this is the worst. The top is not the one pictured. Even the bottom isn't correct as the one I received is straight across the bottom and the one pictured has scalloped bottom? I have tried contacting them numerous times and they don't even respond? Very poor customer service
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.

Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
