Dress is very pretty and love the fabric, I can't wait to wear it.

My clothes don't fit. I have tried reaching out to Curvedream 3 times since they arrived May 4th. I got one reply from Curvedream requesting more info. I want to return but have not received an exact address as to WHERE to return them. This is not false information, so please don't threaten me with legal action (read review guidelines regarding a negative review).

Die Größenangaben stimmen nicht, Artikel sind zu klein. Material, Qualität ist auch nicht befriedigend. Die Problemlösung hat nichts gebracht, ich hatte 2 mal zugestimmt, aber sie hatten dann nochmal eine 3. Zustimmung angefragt, kurz bevor die Zeit bei PayPal abgelaufen ist. Jetzt wurde der Fall geschlossen und ich habe immernoch keine Teilrückzahlung wie versprochen.Werde nie wieder hier einkaufen.

The product is as expected. The fit is fine and I am satisfied.

Order and delivery was quicker than expected. Not as clear how to return an item as I would like.

Both pairs of pants were too small. But the print on the one pair was bright and fun. I was buying these for a trip, but don't have time to exchange them.

Slow to respond and make returns very difficult. Offered a $12 refund in 2 pairs of shorts

Ordering was easy. Shipping took a longer time than expected.

I was surprised at first to not get a response within 3 days of placing my order as the website stated; so I wrote an email (7days later) to the address listed and got a response within a day stating the order had been received. I thought I had ordered my item in plenty of time for the occasion I need it for and in my email had expressed the urgency or would need to cancel the order if the delivery date was not guaranteed. So heaven forbid, my item was delivered at 7:32 pm on the day I requested. Was definitely worried as I followed their tracker but they came through and thank goodness, no alterations are needed.

Shipping was on time. Great quality of material. Great fit. Love the fit. Will order again

I needed sparkle legging for an event...not yellow.pretty sure I will never order again.

I am so disappointed. I ordered a size larger than I usually wear and the dress turned out to be two sizes Smaller than I needed to be. I'm going to give it away without even wearing it. I would return it if I could, but this company is not very good at providing information about how to do that. They're very good at asking for reviews.

The items took a long time to come & leggings were not at all like the description. Ordered 2 dresses in size medium & one was too small & other ran on the bigger side. I requested a return authorization for items 3 days ago & still haven't heard back from the company!

Took a little while to get but otherwise nice follow up to make sure I had received my order. We will see how return process goes since it ran small.

I have only one reply to the 8 emails I sent. If the customer service wasn't this bad, I would order from Curvedream again. I still have two items that I want to return for refund.
