They were late to get back, you would have a specific email to use but it would take 72 hours to hear back on a small response and then you would have someone different helping.

Update upon receiving my order: I still feel that the site is easy to navigate and shop, but unfortunately the sizing is completely off and I cannot wear these beautiful garments. The white dresses especially I had ordered for a special event requiring an all-white attire and I could not have worn either one. The quality and styling are wonderful, but the dresses are too small and I would like to return them.

Easy site to shop, appreciate pricing in Canadian dollars. I hope the fulfillment and shipping are as accurate.

The clothes are too small. Many great choices but just didn't fit right

My package never came. I have emailed them over 10 times since it was supposed to be delivered. I probably received 3 replies of someone being unfriendly and unhelpful. I would also like to mention there is no chance this package was stolen. Someone at my house is always home. I called the mail office, I have called everyone I could call. I spent over 100 dollars with this company and it has been a horrible experience from the start. If you're like me and can't afford to lose out on your hard earned savings that you saved back for clothes for work/etc, please save yourself the trouble.

I thought I had paid for expedited shipping. My postman said it was sent regular mail. Would like my money back for this and a way to send the dress back and be reimbursed.

Wer diese Jeans bestellt wird bitter enttäuscht. Aber bei dem Preis hätte ich es nicht anders erwarten sollen. Die Neugier jedoch überwiegte - die Jeans sah zu gut aus. Die gelieferte Hose jedoch hat nicht mal ansatzweise etwas mit der Jeans auf dem Bild zu tun...es stimmt weder die Farbe noch der Schnitt noch sonst irgendetwas. Auf meine Email zwecks Rücksendung/Umtausch kam ewig lang gar keine Antwort und dann nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen eine Antwort mit der man nichts anfangen kann. Werfe die Jeans nun in den Kleidersack und bestelle hier definitiv nie mehr wieder. Wieder mal was gelernt. Ich gebe hier nicht mal einen Stern. Der eine Stern ist vorgegeben.

The service is terrible after I sent shorts back got a message not to send to address on package but did not give me an address to send to, however they got the package on may 24th no refund yet.
