I ordered a pair of pants. Upon receiving them I found a frayed hole in the buttocks. I notified the company by email immediately. The response was delayed by 1 1/2 weeks and that response was that I needed to send a photo of the pants. I did so, another week and they responded with an offer to credit my account by $6.00. Between shipping and the cost of the pants my cost was over $35.00. I responded to the company that I wished to return the pants for a full refund. They asked for a photo of the package the pants came in. I sent the photo and it has now been one week with no response. The pants are unusable with the frayed hole.
The cojmpany is quick to take your money, but will not return defected clothing. Do Not Waste Your Money!

This was my first purchase & I'm pleased with it. I wish I would have sized down in the jeans since they are stretchy; however, overall, I will purchase again.

There were no return instructions with my order. I had to contact the company, wait for an email, decline the barter and correspond again. Should be much simpler to return than all the extra steps plus I have to pay postage both ways.

They are nice quality, but WAY too long. Definitely not capris. So I will have to hem them or send them back.

I have a wedding to go to the first week of July, so I searched for dresses online. I found a dress on CurveDream and purchased it on May 22 with a note that they would let me know when it shipped. I waited a week and didn't hear anything, so I logged into my account to track the order. The tracking indicated that my order was still being processed. I kept checking the tracking and it was never updated. After 3 weeks of waiting for the dress, with no communication from CurveDream, I emailed the company. It took several days to get a response, and the response said that the dress was now out of stock! The dress was obviously in stock at purchase. So, I waited 3 weeks for nothing, and still have to find a new dress! Fortunately, the company did refund my money, but I do not recommend using this company!
