Original package came promptly, need to change sizes, the process was very easy and the assistants were lovely.

The picture shows a choppy, yet finished hemline but the item I recieved was a loose threads and looked like it needed hemming. Very cheap material. I'll not buy from them again.

Item never arrived and no notice that it was not in stock

The Shirt I really wanted was out of stock. I had to email customer service to be told it was sold out.
The company did not notify me, which they should have.
Shipping time was Not Up to Expectations. I didn't know it was comings from China!

I did receive he purchase but it took awhile. I was very disappointed in the material. Very thin and silky like pajamas. I thought it was legging material. Also the fit is pretty large size. Just not what I thought it would be.

Horrible shipping time (a month)! Item is NOT a sweater, but a thin polyester shirt. Ugly and unbearable. Only being honest!

It so far sucks. No delivery of items.
