I ordered this product on November 25,2023 & have yet to receive it. I had to order it from another company because Christmas is only 6 days away!
They haven't sent my original order. They've only sent 2 of 3 exchange items. They've got my money. I'll be reporting them to the office of fair trading and any other government body.
This t-shirt is simply printed material with no texture, the colour is different to expectations, it's poorly made and cost way too much.
The return process is also difficult.
I do not desire to leave a comment. I have already left a review of the sweatshirt, no more.
The neck edge is loose and the fabric in the blouse is very synthetic

They don't give you a tracking number it hard to get them to write you back and they cancelled my order because it was out of stock I had to ask them where my order was then they told me a month later so much for a Christmas gift I will never order from them again

It took over 3 weeks for my package to arrive. I noticed that there was 3 packaging labels on it so I'm assuming it probably went to three different destinations before arriving to me.
Sizing and fabrication are poor. Not even sure it's worth the hassle of returning them for a refund.
Didn't receive. Need credit issued to credit card.
I ordered a Christmas sweater and received a screen printed rash guard... And I ordered a dress and received a see-through dress. Shipping took a really long time and the products are crap and now I have to send them back.
