My Wife found this sweater on line but I'd prefer dealing with a local merchant. The reason is obvious, damaged products are troublesome to return and replace.
I placed my order on Dec 4 or 5th. I saw where it was sitting in Monroe NJ for at least a week. I had hoped to have this by Christmas. We were out of town when it was delivered on December 23rd.
Shopped here 3 or 4 times and always been satisfied. Sizes fit a bit small so I always go up one. Wish they had a Canadian site.
It took a long time to arrive, over 7 days and it was too small. The only customer service is online, which sucks. After receiving a reply as how to do a return, I was told I will have to pay for return shipping. I will not be ordering from this company again.
This was a nasty joke! I ordered a beautiful striped sweater to wear for Christmas. I got an ugly sweater that had totally different colors and style than the one I ordered. Why do you do this? If you don't have the sweater someone ordered have the decency to notify your costumer and reimburse them. What is horrible is that I'm sure you will continue to do this to costumers. When I notified you about the problem you should have reimbursed me.

They've put a lot of time and effort into ripping people off. Elaborate scheme. Why not put their energy into selling what they are advertising?

Qualified for free shipping but to get the products here timely, had to pay the shipping costs… Not Nice! Well, they did refund shipping. I emailed near daily, looking for my items to arrive as advertised. Response was quick, but always please give us a few more days. Please have patience.

Ordered and payed for dress when it failed to arrive had to ask when it would be arriving only to be told there was no stock!

I wasn't as satisfied with the product as I was hoping. The material was not as nice as it should if been for the price that I paid. The jeans I was REALLY looking forward to did not fit at all. For what your size chart says, they should of fit. I'm a small girl, a large should of fit. I couldn't even button them.

Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
