I still haven't received my order its been ages and should have it by now...very disappointed
I liked the picture of the sweater i purchased but it did not say what the material was. It came and the first material was acrylic which pills badly. I wanted to return it but had to go through an email. No return information came with the package. Will not order from you again.

Sizes were not correct. Materials were not what was written in the details. And the tags that were attached were placed like a child attached them. I was so very excited+++ to make my purchase, but once I received my items I was sad! This shouldn't be the way you treat the customer.
Don't look like picture! Didn't fit tried to return and they wouldn't except exchange WITHOUT paying another 18$ towards the pants! Plus pay for shipping to send back! Uh no!

Terrible- I only received 2 of 4 items ordered, neither fit. The "wool" coat is not wool, it is polyester/cotton and states that on the inside label. It has been 2 months, and the missing items are no where to be seen. I canceled them but the whole charge is on my credit card.
I went up a size to insure the item would fit and it was still too small.
I ordered 6 sweaters, 2 fit ok all others are way smaller than the size states.
I could not be more displeased with this item. It looks like it has been worn for years. The return process is designed for you to give up and keep the item. I will never buy from this site again.
