Returns nightmare

Company makes you jump through hoops to return items. They will not give you a return address hassle free. You have to pay for the return shipping. No freebies here. Will not do business with this company again.

Returning jumpsuit

The jumpsuit I ordered did not fit, and I was disappointed in the fabric, so I am returning it for a refund on the purchase price. Customer service has been very helpful in providing a return address and instructions on how to make the return.

I ordered tops in both medium and small. The medium fit fine, the smalls were HUGE. A dress with sweater I ordered did not match the site photo and the sweater did not even match the coloring of the dress. Probably too much of a hassle to return and pay return shipping. Will put 3 of the 4 items I ordered into a donation bag. Will NOT order from this company again.

So very unhappy with this product

Not even close to what I wanted for 60.00 & marked down to $30.00 This was a cheap thin top blouse. Now I have to pay almost $ 10.00 to send back. Now I'm waiting for some kind of refund what a joke. If I don't hear from them soon I will get my bank to help me & report as fraud.
