The fabric was really nice and the size was correct. I really like the shirt. Shipping didn't take too long
Ordering was easy, but if you want to return something you can forget it! I was offered to keep the item that I didn't want (too small - can't wear) and receive a credit of $6. When I said that I didn't want that amount since I paid almost $30 and that I wanted to return the item to get a full credit I was told not to send it to the address that was on the package. I was not given the address to where I was to return the item (via email). I have still not yet received the address. I said that I would accept a $20 refund and have yet to hear back. Needless to say I'm not sure I shop at CurveDream again.
I hope these pants arrive before Memorial day. Received the pants and are pleased with them. Will order fron this company again.

I tried to change the size of the item I ordered soon after ordering was told it was too late, that the order had already been shipped but that I could always exchange it. However trying to exchange it has been very challenging, not at all clear on the website and I still don't have the blouse in the size I need.

USA takes pride in knowing how to take responsibility for sewing errors and choice of quality fabrics. Especially good customer service.
The sewing error was not my fault and yet I cannot get a full refund without being inconvenienced and not rightfully receiving a simple QR code to return the defective product.

An item ordered was not what I expected. I contacted CS via email and received an immediate response with suggestions to address the issue. It was resolved to my satisfaction and I am pleased with my purchase.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
