I ordered your jeans online because they were described as low-rise jeans and the picture showed them as low-rise as well. They were really high-rise jeans. I ordered them a size up and they were too tight. I couldn't get them zipped.
The shipping was fairly fast. But the jeans were not the material that looked like in the picture. The zipper was hard to zip up and down just cheaply made, and it says extra large, but the waist is very small so they did not fit. I wanted to return, but the cost of returning Was too high so I guess I'll just keep them and sell them on marketplace

Ordered dress. Sent it back and had to pay for shipping again. Hoping I get a refund after I sent it back. They wanted to give me a $11.00 dollar credit and keep the dress but it didn't work for me. I'm hoping this all works out after they receive the dress back.

I have been trying to get an address to send my pants back. They are too large and the lace is only on one leg and I need it in both. Please send me your return address.
Once I place my order, I was worried with the feedback I read on-line. I paid extra for the expedited shipping and my package arrived on-time through DHL.
I loved the dress, but it did not fit. Tried to do an exchange but after 3 emails requesting that, I just sent it back and did not do the exchange. I will never order from this company again.

Top fit true to size. Picture helped, as every top looks good without a body. Design and color on the fabric spot on. I would like it even more in a softer fabric, but happy just the same
