I ordered 2 dresses on June 4th. I received no contact of any kind until June 24th. I was asked if I had received my order yet. I had not, however 3 days later I received a part of the order. I sent an email to the service dept. The service dept. did reply immediately but the other item was out of stock. I have requested a refund. Bottom line-Customers need to receive acknowledgment that their order has been received, then shipping information and if an item is out of stock sooner than 3 weeks.
I've been trying for 3 days to return an item I cannot find the return farm even after receiving two or three emails.

I liked the fabric and the loose-looking cut of the pants but you'd company's sizing is off- too small and too slim. Buyers beware that the prohibitive cost of shipping for returns which means you cannot get a return on price paid! I will never order from this company again.

I've returned the blouse which was not easy. I'm waiting for confirmation of it being received.
Not at all what was shown on pictures! Very misleading! And some garment are totally wrong sized.

The quality of the goods is not very good. The sizing is al wrong. Way too small. BUT, I do so want to commend customer servcie, which is a big deal to me. Very helpful and consdierate. It was great shopping on your website, easy and problem free.
The shipping is a bit slow but did receive my order in 20 days. I used the size chart provided and have to return both Items. I reordered in a larger size. Right now I am waiting for return authorization.
I had no problems with the ordering & there was updated communication on delivery. The issues are: 1) the polyester material is paper thin, didn't expect it to be like toilet paper thin. 2) they sent me the wrong pair of jeans, when I contacted Cust Srvc, they requested images 2x, the jeans laid out & the inside tag, sent the images, they are obviously 2 diff prs of jeans 3) first they offered $7 to keep them, then they offered $15, now they're telling me the jeans are the same, you just can't tell by the way they were imaged, the images I sent them are very clear & they are NOT the same. The pr I ordered are low cut, stone washed, frayed hem, they sent me, dk blue, high waisted bell bottoms with the button hole torn & shredded open from being sewn shut! It's disrespectful to make that their excuse to not send me what I ordered! If I could, I'd post the images here, it's a joke they're telling me the jeans are the same. Also, you pay for the shipment to return & need to obtain a specific address to do so. This is beyond getting 'the run-around'! I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Shirt was labeled 3X, but it was more like a 5X or 6X. It was much too large. I am returning it for a refund.

I didn't like the material the dress was made of and asked for a return label but didn't receive it after more than a week. Also received an order which I didn't make, the size I received was size small and I wear medium. I would like to return it also.

I paid for expedited shipping over a month ago and still have not received an email about the status of shipping and arrival! Most companies will give you an arrival date or at least approximate date! Very disappointed!
Missing a top and your sizing is way off l have no idea who those stripe shorts are fitting, no way those are an xl and the gold outfit was really nice but not a good fit as well your size chart says it is the same as the countries you order from but l believe they are off so will have to return all of it and like l mentioned l ordered a top but did not receive sorry guys l really like the look of your items but seems like is to hard to order to size

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
