The service at Curved Dream was incredible. I had to return 2 items and they were accepted immediately and my money reeturned.
Received the dress I ordered in a timely manner, but when I tried it on the sizing was way off. It was sized at least 2 or 3 sizes smaller than the dress size ordered. When I contacted customer service for return/refund instructions they informed me I could not get a refund because I had thrown the plastic bag it came in away. It still has all the tags on, but that didn't matter. I would not use this company again due to poor sizing and customer service.

I I wanted to return two items one item ordered I had not received and when I notified them, they said it was backordered and I was able to cancel that and they did credit my account— on trying to return. The other two items was frustrating. I would've had to pay postage to return — get tracking numbers etc ==they offered a couple different things and I finally just took the offer of less than I paid for the items and it is to be credited to my account and kept the items,

6 days is too long these days to fulfill an order. Shipping pick up took 3-4 days… just to get order to post office. Return time should be extended to at least 45 days. My order was a gift and with the long ship to receipt of order time, doesn't allow much time to return. Very disappointing.
I've been corresponding via email because there is no contact number. I've asked multiple times for the address to return the clothes that don't fit. Shady company.
Unfortunately I bought a dress from them from my phone instead of my computer and didn't take the time to look at the reviews. The dress ran very small and was bad quality. They gave me the address to return it after trying to get me to just take a credit to use on another item. It's been over a month since I returned it and I'm still trying to get my money back. I don't have the tracking number, but no other business requires that I send them a tracking number in order to get a refund.

I purchased 3 products on July 17. The expected arrival date was 14 days. I was not communicated to regarding an arrival date until almost 3 weeks after the order date. This was done through a 3rd party. It is August 9 and I still do not have an expected arrival date. I would like to order a couple of more products from CurveDream but am hesitant due to the "slow" arrival my 1st order. Very disappointing.
I paid over $20 to send items back for a refund and never received a refund. The website is misleading and quality of clothing is cheap material. I will never buy from here again and tell others of my horrible experience so that they don't make the same mistake. I also never received 2 items from order but not worth my time to request a refund.
