No on line person to communicate with. Waiting for items to be shipped, out of stock, but not happy with the exchange items to choose from.
Almost couldn't get it off the neck hole was so small. Also design looked like they stamped it on fabric and ran out of ink.
Still waiting a response. They said to keep checking the tracking. I purchased 8/18- today is 9/10, the tracking still states in transit. There have been no updates. Just waiting to see how long a refund is going to hit my card.

To many hurdles to jump to get an item returned. To many rules to trip on.
I received the wrong size(not sure how or why) and wasn't aware of the return policy. I eventually got the right size and so no complaints there.
It was easy to order and explanations of products were adequate. Communication with the company was good.
Two things for "maybe not:"
1) The sizing was at least one size smaller than what was tagged on the item. One item was at least 2 sizes smaller than indicated.
2) The material seemed wrinkle free. Yet, the material in some items was too thin to hold up well.
I am very happy with my purchase but am not happy with the date of delivery. I paid extra to have the delivery arrive sooner but it took the same amount of time as the regular delivery. I just ordered a pair of dress pants and paid extra for quicker delivery and I hope it arrives within the allotted amount of time.
I order the dress to wear to a wedding and paid for expediated shipping (3 to 5 days). It arrived in 10 days and was extremely small. I ordered the size I always wear and the dress wouldn't even zip!
I ordered the dress in my correct 2X size. When I received the dress the dress was at least 2 sizes to small & wouldn't even go over my hips
The item I ordered looks NOTHING like the website picture of what I received. I'm very disappointed and will never purchase anything from CurveDream again.
