Waiting for a refund for months. No response to my phone calls or emails
I received the order in a timely manner but, I have filled out paper work, called, no return paper work or address to return the item.

Experience with curve dream was not good. I ordered off Dillards. Com. However, once received it was from Curve Dream. Was too small. Emailed to find out return process because I could not return to Dillards. Very slow response on email. When I did hear I was originally told I could keep it and I would get $13 refund. I was required to pay shipping which was fine but I was given no address to return it. Emailed again. Took a while to hear. Then was told if I kept it they would refund me $22. I finally got response on address the weekend of Sept 21. Am mailing back today
I ordered a dress 5 weeks ago, had my credit card charged, and have yet to receive my product. I even asked for a refund and haven't received that or my dress. Will never order from the again.
Their sizes are small. I looked into returning it, but it would cost too much. They offered me $12 to keep the top...though I paid 3 times that much. I don't recommend doing business with them.

It would have been nice to have some type of discount on my first purchase from Curve Dream.
Ordered my usual size M and according to the size chart provided I am a M. However, less than half of my order fit because apparently a size M is the new S! 🤷
Dress ok, shall cheap, thin and not sewn correctly on collar on on side.
I ordered the size I needed according to the measurements on the website. They were off by at least 3 sizes. When I needed to return the dress, I was offered $8 and $20 to keep it. They told me it would be very expensive if I paid to return it. It cost less than $5. Lesson learned. Buyer beware.

Deciding the size and selection was fairly easy, however, I would have liked to see more photos of the dress from different views and one without the jacket. The jacket did not match the color of the dress and cannot be worn with it
