Roughly a month ago i ordered a top that i had fallen in love with. I believe it said it would be shipped in 6 or 7 business days and they would notify me that it had shipped. I had heard nothing. I used the order number and looked up my order. The website asked me to be patient. I wait and wait. Finally i notice another company asking if i had received my purchase or not. It directed me to email the customer service department. I will say the customer service got back to me the next day and stated that that top was "currently out of stock". My question is why didn't they say that at the time of purchase? They gave me a couple different choices and i chose refund. Now i get a response to that that says it will take up to two weeks to get that. Now i question why that will take so long. I lose faith in this company. I wanted to have a long relationship with Curvedream but alas i am not sure if i will ever order again. All of this could have been avoided if they had just contacted me after i ordered that what i ordered was out of stock. Simple! Another customer done gone!

I never received my order and the company has refused to provide me a full refund despite numerous emails. I have had to go through my bank to get my money returned. I would NEVER recommend anyone do business with this company!

This green blouse i ordered is not as pretty as shown. It looks like a man's shirt.
The dress did not arrive in time for the wedding. I intended to wear it to. Customer service was responsive within a day to my emails! When it arrived, the quality of the material was not what I expected.
The colours on the flowered white pants were more pink thank peach/orange so I was a bit disappointed plus the material on both pair was not as sturdy as I expected so I found the price a little high
I am disappointed. The material is very low quality. The dress is poorly sewn. It is very tacky and looks nothing like the picture.

Needs better shipping took a month to get here. It was a good thing I didn't need it sooner. Had me worried that wouldn't make it on time

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
