Red sweater

A little bit of back and forth to complete. This is one of the ugliest tops I've ever seen. It is not a sweater it is like a sweatshirt the bottom Edge isn't even hemmed and it's a red orange color not red. I thought I was buying a sparkly red sweater jacket. I would like full refund of this product including my shipping cost. Very dissatisfied in the two products I have ordered from your company but I wouldn't pay 10 bucks for that top that was sent to me.

The item looked stylish and appealing, but is anything but appealing in reality. The waistband is just an elastic tube and the elastic doesn't stay put. I could fix it, but I shouldn't have to.

When it still hasn't arrived, I contacted customer service only to be told they were out of stock and I could pick something else or get a refund. Why didn't they contact me?
