I ordered a sweater as a gift for my daughter. I recieved a confirmation of my order on October 18,2024. I heard nothing from the company until today (November 10,2024) when the told me the seater was out of stock. I did not receive this notification until after I contacted the company saying I had not recieved the order. Very poor customer service. I hope the refund does not take as long to be given back to me.

I received my order but it didn't fit. I tried to get in touch with you but you didn't accept my email and your phone number was bogus. I would like to return it and receive my money back. Please tell me how to do that!
The item I received was a cheap knockoff. Instead of receiving sequin jacket that I ordered, I received a white cloth with red print to mimic a sequin appearance. There was not even a seam around the bottom edge of the so-called jacket. The item was not at all like the picture or the description of the item.

Very satisfied with competency of employees and timely responses
The back barely closes. The jacket seems like it is 3 sizes too small. I am disappointed.
Shopping was easy and clothes delivered timely, colors were good, materials could have been better.
I ordered 3 items from CurveDream and they were shipped promptly andI received them as expected. I was pleased with two items, however, I wanted to return one as the fit wasn't quite right. I have yet to receive instructions on how to return the item although I did receive a response asking for specifics on why I wanted to return the item. I expected the process to be faster and easier.
Received order late with no invoice to contact seller to return unsatisfactory merchandise.

Ordered and paid for swimwear, waited three weeks then contacted the company only to be told it wasn't in production for MAYBE four months. They told me to pick something else and they're still advertising what I wanted. Now I'm waiting for a refund. Why advertise something not in production and take my money?

Sizing is a toss up for me with the clothing purchased. I accepted the credit and attempted to order again. Received order but it was a size I'd never order. Now, I'm waiting on a message telling me what will or can be done regarding this.
Not true to size. Runs small. Offered me $11 to keep the one too small instead of returning it.
The next size was still tight.

So far so good. I liked my order, however, it just takes awhile for package to arrive. Very good about responding.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
