The return policy says you have to email the curveddream email address for instructions onhow to return an item and give an explanation why you want to return it. I emailed them according to their request and they emailed me back explaining that I can return the items that I purchased as long as they're in the original wrapper and never been worn or washed, however, they didn't specify where I'm supposed to return the items,there was no address or any indication of where I was supposed to return these items.They specified and made it very clear not to return the items to the address that the items came in,that it had to be a special address that I would find in the email however, they never supplied the address. I sent them an email asking where I should be sending the items and they never responded back, this is bad business. The items were way too small. Definitely not the size that they were supposed to be.

Placed order, not told article was out of stock. Wanted sweater for holidays. Called for status, told out of stock. Canceled order but told it was now in stock. Said it was shipped but tracking number says no record of. Definitely bad experience.

Not the same colors

This sweater arrived much later than expected and it is not the same colors as presented in the picture. It is red, yellow, green, bone, light blue and bone. No hues of pink at all. I will be sending back or exchanging. Not sure what this site offers.
