Ordered this item on December 16th for a Christmas gift (not realizing that it was probably coming from another country). When I realized that, I knew it wasn't coming for Christmas. I continued to watch for shipping information. On Friday January 3rd, I sent a request for update. 3 days later I received a response that the item was out of stock-and an apology that I had not been told. I requested a refund and received it promptly. No more business with this company.

The jacket fit well and is true to size. Delivery was quick too.

Ordered the wrong size so I emailed the customer support and they changed it before it was sent to correct one. The item was sent quickly though the courier service this end Aramex then spent a week going just an hour down the coast as usual.
Happy with the product.

Nice product but if your in a hurry this is not for you. Took 28 days for delivery when it arrived the cardigan is as pictured just a little smaller than normal for the size.
The sweater was not what was ordered and it was too wide and too short for a women's medium size sweater. Delivery took 3 weeks from date of order 12/14/24. No return instructions were provided with the item and it is something I definitely want to return. I am waiting to receive those instructions instead of the option I was offered via email of a $16 refund. For an item costing me $68 dollar + international transaction fee that is a unacceptable reply.

Love thestill have not recieved the dress had to check on it myself to find out it wasn't in stock after I had been waiting forever then they let me choose another and still haven't recieved it and it looks like they've ordered 3 now, my grandaughter is getting married in March that's what the dress is for and I think I originally ordered it the end of Dec. Or earlier, they said 10 days still no dress
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.

Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
