Need to return my purchased item but customer service response has been very slow and a disappointment.
1. Unsure what the issue was with the card I wanted to use for this purchase. No real info given as to why. Came to discover it was being charged to a company in France.
2. I was disappointed with the items and both need to be returned.
3. The sweater shown appeared to be a nice, supple cable knit. The one I received was a medium size but it was too large, and basically a block of 100% polyester knit. Not comfortable to wear.
4. The jumpsuit was the size I ordered but it must have been for a short person, as the body length was way too short. The shoulders of the jumpsuit barely came up to my breasts. That being said, it was nicely made.
5. The company doesn't offer a customer service telephone number or email address for returns. I will follow up with the *******@curvedream.com for assistance.
Poor return policy and communication. I gave up trying to understand the different options as I just wanted my money bak. The dress did not fit and I will just have to absorb the loss.
Order took longer than expected to arrive. It was a 'sweatshirt' without fleece & fit like spandex even though I ordered a 2X & normally wear a 1X. I gave it to a skinny friend.

The items we received were not similar to the pictures that were in the website. One item said that it was sequined and there were no sequins on it. Their customer service was excellent and prompt. We resolved the situation in a manner that was not the best but acceptable.

The product was NOTHING like it was described, was poor quality and over priced. Postage was expensive despite the item coming from NSW and there is no simple or obvious way of making a complaint or organising a return. WORST online shopping experience I've had (and I shop Online a LOT).

It has been very difficult to get follow answers to questions...especially for returns. I have been waiting for a week to get and address to return my items and a return authorization number.

The dress I thought I was ordering and got rave reviews is NOT the dress I received! The fabric was completely different and the sleeves looked like they would fit a doll. Very disappointed. Would not shop this seller again.

The dress in the catalog and the dress I received didn't appear to be the same, tho I think it was a correct order. The order took weeks to arrive and I'd expected it might not arrive. I will not order from CurveDream again.
I want to return every one of the four items I received. They are not good quality and have to be hand-washed, which was not stated in product descriptions. The company refuses to send me a return label or correct address to send returns.

It was ok. I thought before sending the product they should have made sure it was all together.

I ordered three outfits size 4X. I do not wear a 4X. I wear a 3X. I ordered one size up to be safe and two outfits fit me perfectly. One was a dress and one was a button up shirt that fit me. The top, which does not fit me was a button up also. It was so small on me I could not close it. It landed a little bit past under my shoulders. My bra, stomach and pants were fully exposed. I did not receive any information how to return anything in my package. One of the shirts I ordered is so sheer it requires something underneath it or I would be fully exposed with my bra, stomach, and pants showing through it. The sheer shirt did not say that the orange shirt underneath did not come with the sheer shirt over it that was in the picture online. Now I need to buy a tank top for my very sheer shirt and have to try to find one that matches the sheer shirt. I picked the free shipping and it did take many weeks to be delivered.
On line experience good. Delivery slow but tracking was good. However the fabric was not what I expected on either of the 2 tops I ordered, and one top was considerably smaller than the other even though I ordered the same size. Trying to return the items is proving tedious.
I was sent an email january 26th inquiring if I had driver my order or not. To wait 24-48 hours to respond. I mailed back the response that I had not received my purchase. When can I expect my order?

Love them. Very impressed by material. The fit is amazing and the style. I bought 2 pairs.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
