Led mask

I bought the LED mask about 2weeks ago,
My skin started red and darker,
I don't see any improvement of my skin.
I think it's very bad product.
I don't recommend anyone to buy it.

I bought an item, got billed, item was supposed to arrive yesterday.
I did not receive it.
I tried to call them but it says the lines are busy but select one of two options.
Selected both and it hangs up.
I emailed them and let's see what happens.
I am dreading to loose the money as it was an expensive item.
Also inconsistent delivery details. One for Hermes and one for FedEx.
Could not track FedEx.
Hermes said 'on its way'.

Update:
Item arrived, box with two clear round seals, one on top of each other. Looks like an item that has been opened and the original seal has lost its stickiness so a new one was put on top.

Terrible customer service

First of all they are a UK retailer and not an Australian retailer. The Braun IPL device we purchased was faulty and because it was outside the money back period, we had to contact a local service technician to handle the warranty claim. Each email I sent to currentbody took a minimum 2-3 days to receive a response and often I was provided incorrect information and unclear return instructions. If you purchase from them be hopeful something doesn't go wrong as you will have a difficult and lengthy process to get the right outcome.

Yes, the negative reviews are true. They don't return or refund and also they sell your private information and you will be bombarded with spam text messages and emails. I purchased two bottles of gel opened and leaked during transit and they did not return or exchange my itmes. I had to dispute my charges. They do not respond to you because they don't have customer service. What bunch of scammers!

I have been waiting for my order for three months. I have been trying to contact customer service but they went quiet and will not answer emails. Their phone number doesn't work and there is no live chat option. DO NOT buy from this company. I wish I was these reviews earlier.

I ordered a fairly expensive ( £250+) Skincare Device as a Christmas present for my wife. According to the retailer the order was dispatched fairly soon... but it did not arrive on the promised day. Neither it did during the following week.

I contacted the support team and... they did not get back to me. I emailed them again 3 working days later - still no reply. They only got back to me when I informed them that I was about to raise this with my credit card provider. At which point they emailed me back saying that they will try to find the status of my order with the delivery company.

5 days and 3 follow-up emails later and still no updates/replies about my order.
The worst shopping experience to date - I am seeking a refund from my bank.

I will not shop with CurrentBody again and would recommend avoiding them.

Please do not believe the positive reviews. All possibly lies. Please take your business somewhere else. I ordered about £112 worth of product and it did not get delivered! Claims to deliver but did not reach me (expat in KL, Malaysia). My order was meant to go via Hong Kong (?) but it did not even leave the UK! Please do not trust them! If I could give zero star I would have.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Returned an item on the 2nd September, they received it and signed for it the next day 3rd September, and I have yet to receive a refund, or even an acknowledgment of the return. I have sent multiple emails only to be ignored. If you search the internet they do this often - do not acknowledge returns, and ignore customers. Please research this company on Google before buying from them. Do not just read the comments here. I'm sorry I didn't research further.

A dreadful company, selling extremely high priced items, ignoring people, and not acknowledging documented returns. Please avoid at all costs and shop elsewhere.

Item never recieved

Ordered an item on the 03/08/2021 and it is now the 10/09/2021. I still dont have the item I purchased and everytime I contact customer care they say its in transit and will check with the courier company but after that I dont get a reply.

Prices might be slightly cheaper than competitors and the shipping may be free but its highly likely that you wont get your item on time or ever.

I've taken into account delays due to the pandemic and allowed for that but its now been over a month and the status of the pacel has not changed. This is frustrating because this item was to be given as a gift and its way past that point now.

I have requested a refund on multiple occasions and my request was simply ignored but the customer care team. They simply replied by saying the item is still in transit and they will check with the courier company. After this I dont get a reply until I send another email to customer care.

Really unprofessional and I reccomend you look else where to spend your money.

Ummm of course "I opened the box and tried the product". I am not satisfied with it and I requested a refund not even a week after receiving the mask.

THIS PLACE IS NOT GOOD. I SPENT $400 On the mask and it isn't even good quality. SOOOO DISAPPOINTED. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. THEY DO **NOT** STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS,

Don't order to 'try something out' --- they will NOT help you.

Cancelled my order

These fools cancelled my order then stated my info didnt pass security checks wow but they supposedly ship across the world including u.s. and moments later asked me to pay with paypal so i can bypass the security checks well what do you know. A scamming bs company offering another shady bs company

I read so many negative reviews about the returns process, bought a neck and dec led, loved it, but it made me feel weird and skin was irritated and hot. Most people benifit and are perfecrly fine, but for so e reason I was having a bad reaction to it. Im sensitive to alot of meds, creams etc so I should have known better. Needless to say when I e mailed I wanted to return it, they were very nice and on the ball. They also sent me all the return forms, label, etc. Though it is a bit of a hassle sending out of the country, expensive and lots of paperwork. Im going to give it as a gift, wont be ordering from out of the country again. But if you need to return an item you should not have a problem. I thought they were very good with me. Wendy

I don't recommend currentbody.com. I bought Wellbox 'S' Slimming, and after few months the cover of my Wellbox 'S' is cracked and this is very bad because a lot of dust will get in to it. This machine worth £900.00 and has a really weak clip on the top of the lead. I send email to them many times, but they didn't responding to me, but when they finally answered me they said this is my problem and guaranty not covered this but I have guaranty 2 year. Not recommend to buy here any machine because this is really very very bad quality and it isn't worth the money!

Ordered the neck and dec mask in October. On Nov 6, Current Body emailed stating there was a delay in shipping. On Nov 11, I received the product only to find out that it was defective (LED lights would not turn on). Contacted customer service and she emailed return instructions to send package through EZI Returns. Mailed the package on Nov 18. Have tracked the package through USPS. On Nov 28, it was stated that the postal service could not get access to the delivery destination. Contacted Current Body again through live chat, with all of the names, dates, tracking numbers, etc. The only thing that Sofia told me was exactly what I had read about EZI Returns, and therefore was no help whatsoever. Also, she stated that the tracking number that I had given her was not showing in the system through UPS. I had stated MANY TIMES, that I was tracking through USPS, not UPS. She should be aware of the company that Current Body uses to complete returns of their products. I will be calling and or emailing every day from this day forward to rectify this situation... I refuse to lose $330 because of a defective product! I am self employed, so I have TONS of time to deal with this!

Unauthorized charge to my account for an amount that was not the total or the agreed payment plan amount. No order was created just charged my credit card. Customer service rep expressed no care and did not reassure me that this would be resolved. I am out $133.34. This weird amount I was charged out of no where. BUYER BEWARE! NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

They sent one of the products in my order not fully working. When I reported this upon receipt of the parcel, they requested videos from me and then for me to deal directly with the manufacturer, when that is their provider (therefore, their problem and responsibility to claim) and I am just the buyer receiving a faulty product, sold as new and working.
Although I expressed my disconformity with me having to go to a post office to send this faulty item back in full pandemic, it was the only solution offered by Currentbody, no option to pick up to save me another inconvenience. They also showed no more expertise than any blogger on the technical specifications and usage of the other item from this brand that I had bought.
I had to initiate a case with Paypal, since they were not responding effectively to my messages. They finally did when Paypal intervened, but Paypal is currently under numbers in agents and so the process is being long as they try to retrieve more information from the seller, even having all needed evidence from me. They confirmed receipt of the product, but asked me to cancel the case in Paypal to be able to refund me. I personally find taking advantage of the current limitations of Paypal to postpone the refund that I am due totally dishonest from the seller and after all this, I will certainly never buy with them again.
If you do, then please use credit card so that your bank can retrieve the payment in the first days if an issue should arise. I will ultimately do this if Paypal cannot speed it up at this point. I will personally not trust them again, nor would recommend doing business with them to anyone. I wish I had never trusted the other positive reviews!
