I was looking for a new beauty device and stumbled upon CurrentBody's website. I'm so glad I did! The site is easy to navigate and their selection of products is amazing. I ended up purchasing the TriPollar Stop X skin tightening device and it's been a game-changer for my skin. The results are fantastic and the customer service at CurrentBody is exceptional. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

I purchased a microdermabrasion kit from the current body website. It came in time, however the product was not for me because I found it too abrasive even on sensitive mode for my skin. I contacted customer care to initiate a refund and to waive the $56 return fee but was told it is not covered under the try and buy policy. This is contrary to the refund initiation online portal. I find the mismatch to be confusing and a gaslight to make you think you can return when this isn't the case. I wouldn't recommend shopping here due to the lack of integrity of their return policy. I'd rather spend my money on a place where I'm not being gaslighted.

Scammer buyer beware!

Zero stars aren't an option! Scammed! I purchased i Touch Sure less than 20 days ago w/warranty never worked! I've contacted customer service several times refused refund or honor warranty. Asked me to send video to prove doesn't work. This is supposed to work inside my body so I guess they are asking me to send explicit video. Junk and scammers from start. Currentbody doesn't post their negative reviews I know because I submitted one it's not posted!

Prices way over manufacturers retail

Just take a look at the Braun IPL Devises- same devise $379 on Braun website is $1000 on currentbody. I pointed this out to them and they said that it was a mistake but they never changed it. I only care because i have a huge credit there for another devise that stopped working twice!

Tried to return a mask. It was not the right size. Return policy is "If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your item(s). Please note that the item must be new and unused, with all the original accessories, free gifts, packaging and manufacturing seals intact to be eligible for a full refund." Basically, to not be happy means you are not happy with how the box looks since you can't open the box without voiding the return policy.

Keep your money guys, you will soon see this company will have no reputation. They sell items to customers and in my experience item never arrived and they refused to refund money.

Absolutely thief's. Their fun won't last for long with this type of customer service, soon enough you'll hear of their liquidation, shop elsewhere and avoid the nonsense and thieving of your money

Firstly, I won't recommend this web for people outside of England because with the time difference it is EXTREMELY hard to get in touch with their customer service rep.

I have quite bad experience based on the timeline. I purchased a nuface though this web and one the website it shows no fees upon arrival, but I still get charged $30.12 dollars, good thing is that I FINALLY got this money back after I woke up at 4:46am eastern time and contacted with the customer service rep.

Secondly, because I found a better deal on silkn Canada website which is double less price than currentbody web, so I was thinking to return my silkn Facetite but the shipping cost is $52 dollars. I got it waived after I contacted the customer service rep. Thanks god.

The customer service rep is nice and helpful BUT It is EXTREMELY difficult to get in touch with them, especially you are not in England or not the same time zone with them.

I was trying to contact them with several ways but their phone line was cut off and the online chat was very hard to use. FINALLY I connected with them on the day I woke up at 4:46am, because I was very upset by them not responding my emails and requests that I decided to woke up that early just for contacting their customer service rep.

Since I eventually get contacted with them, my concern got solved BUT I will still not recommend people who doesn't have the same time zone with them because that gonna cause a VERY BIG ISSUE for contacting them.

Thankfully that I finally got in touched but I will never buy it again even tho their service rep is helpful, I don't want to get up this early just for contacting customer service anymore…

Absolutely would not recommend. This is a company that does not answer their phones nor their chat is available. Should you need to make any changes you can't. They just take your money. They expect for you to pay to return a damaged item and states they will decide to refund or not your money.

My Clarisonic stopped charging shortly after I got it. After 4 emails/chats with customer service nothing has been done despite promising me 1) a return label that was never sent to me, 2) a new Clarisonic would be sent which didn't happen, 3) a return label was sent that said my return was outside of the return window - I'm looking for a repair or replacement not return; and 4) the one where I sent two emails and heard nothing back. The company does not let you simply "call" them which is sketchy by itself. Save yourself a headache and don't make purchases from this company.

I placed order on 11/09 and by tracking ( what they showing to me) is that is been delivered in my mail box on 11/16 I email them numerous time that it wasn't delivered and that I want my money back or delivered what I pay for…. No answer. I did a claim it PayPal that o didn't receive the product I pay for and they just need to send the tracking showing that it was delivered to get the claim dropped. This is just enrage customers to paying for products and never get delivered to them. The time and stress to deal with that when should be simple and pleasant. At this point I want my money back.

ABSOLUTELY HORRID! Screwed up my skin!

Do NOT trust all those online!

The red light is so bright that even with the eyecover, it hurst my eyes!
After using the item twice in a week (Each use is approx. 3 days apart), my skin flared up with patches of dry red skin.

I visit aesthetic clinics and dermatologist before this and have been told my skin is good with no issues BUT after using this, my skin is now a mess.

Have to see dermatologist for creams/treatments to resolve the damage this thing did to my cheeks, philtrum and nose area.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I ordered an eye mask from current body, it wasn't what I had hoped so tried to return it but I found out they don't allow returns on the product for some bizarre reason. I wrote a review on the item but it was never posted, however, more recent and positive reviews have since been posted. I've done some research and seen some other reviews about the company saying they don't post negative feedback. Seems totally dishonest and their customer service are useless at responding.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE GB!
If you do your product will be stuck in customs forever and will be nothing but agravation. It's been over two weeks now and still did not get my product. All I get is calls from FedEx customs abut product infomation... which I do not have.
Their customer service is horrible and not willing to give you anything for the agravation...
Never buy from here again!

CURRENTBODY IS A SCAM COMPANY

I haven't received my package, but can't dispute the charge because supposedly the package is being held up in customs. I think Currentbody is a fraudulent company. One person sent me a brief response saying the package is on the way, when I can clearly see from the tracking link that it hasn't moved in a week.
I think they are shipping empty boxes without the required paperwork to get through customs so that people can't file a dispute with their credit card companies for a refund. If your package is being held up in customs, I guess you're just out of luck.

Worst company!

If I could leave a zero I would. I was sold a defective device and they don't send return shipping label or an address to return the item. They refused to provide a replacement. Also when calling customer service they are always closed. This device was expensive and I had to save to buy it very disappointed.
