No customer service. They do not honor refunds please save yourself money and stress this company is a SCAM

Previous package was damaged so severely that the outer and inner box were both damaged. Not a great look for a present. Current body had to think and think and think before considering replacing it. Then proceeds to promise "express delivery" but just uses the cheapest shipping again.

This customer service is an actual joke.
" I've now processed a replacement order to be processed and shipped to you on express delivery. "

I bought Currentbody LED masks for face and neck. The device stopped working after 10 goes. When I asked for warranty Currentbody said no. I had keep my beauty devices and make-up in my bathroom drawer and they said I cannot access warranty because it's probably water damage. They did not even check - I guarantee there's no water access in that drawer where there's make-up and towels.

They did not post my review either - they must filter bad reviews to get their star rating up. What a scam!

Fantastic company with great customer service. I can't fault either the product (LED light therapy mask) or the buying experience. Would absolutely recommend both.

It is hard to believe in now days, cancel order need write email. And the 1-800 customer support phone dose not work. You may need do international call for customer support which is not good. No email back. Very bad services in current day.

After hearing great reviews online and wanting to invest in my skin I decided to finally treat myself. The product was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. I have been recommending to friends and family already.

Led mask was on sale on Currentbody just before Easter for 139 pound (after 10 pound coupon deduction). Buying experience is seamless and easy. Received the package in Kuala Lumpur within 4 days after buying. Delivery by DHL. The only negative has to pay import tax for 25 UK pound vs 139 UK pound of the product price. Cannot comment on the product efficacy yet, but it seems to be working well without any problem.

I ordered a $2500 device and paid for express shipping and it has been sitting in customs for over a week with an error message that Current Body did not provide necessary info. The Company's phone number does not work, nor does the advertised chat function. The only option is to email them and then wait days for an unhelpful response. I have been told to wait indefinitely because they "cannot control customs." I asked them to send another one and direct the original one back to them when it clears, but they will not do that. I am in the US, so you think they'd have sorted the customs issued, but it shoudln't be on me. Very frustrating.
