I have placed 3 orders so far. The first order delivered within 5 days and so did the third order. The second order however took about a month. I ordered two bathing suits. It took about a month to deliver ( but I was totally ok with it) since I didn't need them. I called customer service just to check on status to ensure the order was not lost and just delayed. The customer service person that helped me was extremely helpful and courteous. The quality of the product is excellent and the prices as well!
I have purchased many suits and coverups. The suits are well made and cute styles. I did have a top that did not fit at all I contacted them and was given a choice of a credit to purchase another suit or a refund. I just wanted another suit. Another issue was a shipment was lost and it was replaced. I feel very confident ordering swimsuits from Cupshe.

I purchased a few bikinis and one-piece bathing suits from this site and they are SUPER cute! I'm usually small but I ordered one size down, XS, and they fit perfectly! Keep in mind that I have wide hips and a bit of a booty.
The quality is so good and a bit thick so even if you order the white color, it won't be see-through. I'm going to order from them again next summer.

Got two great bathing suits and one that wasn't for me. Return policies are not typical, but I preferred to send mine back for the full refund. They needed proof of shipment and tracking and then I got my refund. The clerk at the post office said they'd cover up the original address for me and forgot, so the package ended up back at my doorstep. I let customer service know since they were very specific about tracking and proof of shipment, and they said it was no problem and they'd make sure they received it. They were really appreciative of my update and let me know when they received it. An overall pleasant experience and great customer service.

I've just received my order of swimwear from Cupshe (in fact 4 lots, 2xone piece and 2x2 piece as they had such a great choice I couldn't decide on just one or two:-) plus I live on the coast so they'll get lots of wear). In fact I first ordered them in a size S but upon receiving them they were a tad too small so I read the returns policy which is really reasonable and fair so ordered the same in size M with the thought of comparing and sending back and receiving a refund on those I don't need. I kept 5 items (I have a friend in mind for one pair) and returned 3 yesterday and emailed Cupshe with all the details they require and to my delight they emailed me the same day with refund notification, now that certainly doesn't happen every day with a lot or should I say most companies. Anyway I love my new swimwear, the fit is perfect and I will be recommending Cupshe to clients (I'm a fitness instructor) and friends, brilliant customer service. I'm happy!

The quality is outstanding, I have ordered many bikinis on-line and I have purchased many bikinis in shops in Miami, so let me tell you that Cupshe is a find! The price is unbelievable. I almost don't want to say this because I don't want them to raise their prices. The quality is as good, if not better than the boutiques and other on-line sites.

I accidentally ordered an XS instead of a M. I tried to reach customer service before they sent it out but couldn't. When I finally reached them, they told me to keep the wrong size, but to worry about returning it, and they gave me a credit to send a replacement. I was really surprised and beyond delighted!

Ordered two togs, a dress and a cover up. All were great quality! One pair of togs didn't quite fit (although I would still describe them as true to size for sure, with regards to Australian equivalents), and the return/refund policy was very easy to do with excellent options and customer service. The customer service I received was incredible. I ordered two swimsuits that were really cute and high quality, however they unfortunately ran a bit small. I asked if I could exchange them and instead they offered to give me a coupon that would cover the cost to buy them again in my preferred size. They were super nice and accommodating, and I'm very excited to get my new ones!
