I bought two bikinis and they are absolutely amazing ~ I've never really been comfortable in bikinis but these ones feel very secure and great quality, they are also really cute^u^
I accidentally got a size too small and instead of having to return them they offered a coupon to cover it and get the correct size. Which I think is just amazingly kind and I was honestly surprised! But thank you so much, because I really love them :)
Some of the best customer service I'd had in awhile. I purchased a swim suit but it was too small. I was bummed because it was super cute! I contacted them and had a reply within a couple of hours. They gave me a few options for returning or a credit.

I ordered 2 swimsuits which were a perfect fit. I ordered large, am 5'3" weigh 160 lbs. And wear a 40 c or 38 D bra. The online agent helped me with sizing. Colors are great, suits are cute. So happy!

I am extremely pleased with the customer service I received this week regarding two bathing suits I ordered! I always order a medium and they always fit beautifully! These two bathing suits the top didn't fit. So I jumped on and asked it I could return them and immediately was told absolutely! I am skeptical of online shopping. I have had to return items many times. I ordered from cupshe. Thinking I may have to return. I think this is a good site to shop for swimsuits. They have a good variety of style. My order shipped on time, however it did not fit as I would have liked it to. So I sent a message about processing a refund and return. Custom service was quick to respond and I got my money back within the week.

I was nervous about ordering from CupShe at first. I had seen a lot of Instagram advertisements from the company and was very drawn to their swimsuits. I was skeptical about CupShe because the prices are relatively inexpensive and I did not know how the shipping or potential returns process would go. Although I usually prefer shopping for clothing in-person, I ultimately ended up ordering from CupShe because I really liked the patterns available, and many retail stores do not allow for try-on in-store due to COVID. I ordered 3 swimsuits and 1 cover-up and was told my order would arrive in 5-7 business days. My order came on the 6th business day in very cute packaging, which I had seen photos of online prior to ordering. All my orders fit me very well (I am on the border between M and L in terms of size, and I bought all swimsuits in size L), so I did not go through any return process. Overall, I learned that CupShe is NOT a scam. The company is actually very valid, has a good reputation among customers, and has high-quality swimwear with colors matching those posted in the photos online. I am very satisfied with my experience using CupShe and would order from this company again!
