Ordered a bathing suit for vacation. After reading reviews, I allowed about 80 days for it to arrive assuming that it ships from China due to low price. It arrived in 7 days, fit perfectly and seems well made. Was expecting a "disposable" bathing suit that I could just throw away if something happened to it while gone, and got more than I expected. Best to always keep in mind with such low prices, you are often at the distributors mercy for shipping and you usually get what you pay for.

I bought a white bathing suit that seemed to have cups in the picture online but did not when I received it. I requested a return and they got back to me a day or two later. They gave me 110% credit to use on their site and I don't have the ship the item back

I never leave reviews unless good ones. I feel it's better to keep negative thoughts to yourself but If I could I would give ZERO stars. Initially I was very excited to buy from them. I placed my order and upon receiving my shipment notification email I saw that the order was wrong. They were sending me a size I did not select on the opposite end of the spectrum from what I wear. I immediately contacted them for help fixing. It was very clear in the responses that not only did they not care to help but they weren't even reading the message. The responses made no sense. Then a man named Jason started replying telling me I should just try these sizes on and maybe I would be happy... An XXL vs a SMALL. After that insult he proceeded to lie about my shipment already being on a plane to me and imply how ridiculous I was being for asking them to fix the issue. Mind you this is almost a week later and the tracking still showing the package had not even left their possession to be shipped. His use in language and punctuation alone was unprofessional.
This continued until I gave up and decided to just return whatever merchandise showed up and shop elsewhere. This company clearly does not care for its customers or value them what so ever.

I ordered a suit by the size chart and it didn't fit. I email the company to exchange the size and was told I could not exchange for a different size. At best, I could buy another suit for a 90% refund. So I paid another $5 dollars for a larger suit. I checked my order confirmation email and saw it again was sending a suit two sizes too small! I contact the company immediately via email. They said they will not exchange the size or give me a refund. The customer service is terrible. I can only speak to a rep via email, and the reps do not know english very well. At this point I don't want the suits I would return both, unworn in the same condition they were sent to me. Poor customer service and poor quality.

I have read so many negative reviews and have decided that it's time for a review from a happy customer. I do not work for the company, and I do live in Canada. I have placed 4 seperate orders in 2017 with Cupshe and I have been very pleased with the merchandise I have received. Fabric and workmanship were better than expected and everything fit perfectly. It is important to remember to order 2 sizes larger than your regular size. I allow 6 weeks for delivery. Customs inspections can delay delivery. I WILL CONTINUE TO ORDER from them

Bad fit

I'll fitting cheap suits. The ones I ordered ran large. No receipt in the bag... I had to email to initiate a return. HASSLE! They want pics of defects and even the BARCODES for a return. This is 2017, really? The customer has the right to return no matter the reason. After this experience, it is clear to me this company wants to deter returns.

OH, and like others have mentioned, it took FOREVER to ship. I waited more than 4 weeks and was sorely disappointed.

I fully agree with the other reviewers... DON'T EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS MESS.

I purchased an off the shoulder bathing suit from them for 26.99 at full price. After withdrawing the money from my account they sent me an email stating the shipping would be delayed due to bad weather and gave me "three dollars off my next purchase". I didn't receive the bathing suit til almost a month later. Once receiving it I realized that the straps weren't sewn into place so there was a "wardrobe malfunction" every time you lifted your arms. I sent them an email that day to request a return. Their customer service rep stated they had to "review the claim" and waited another two weeks to get back to me at which point they told me to keep the bathing suit and offered only a "partial refund" which is supposed to be offered only after you've had the item for more than 30 days or if it was a clearance item (per their return policy). This was not the case as I had only had the item for less than 24 hours and it was a full priced item. After going back and forth with the customer representative telling them a bathing suit that doesn't fit properly is of no use and I would like to return it for a full refund they reluctantly gave me the shipping address. I shipped the item 17 days ago. They have had it in their possession for the last two weeks and still no refund. The bathing suit was ordered in the beginning of march... It is now May and I'm still hunting down my money... plus the money I paid to ship the item back (which I took as a loss) because they don't cover the return shipping for any reason. Terrible customer service. There are no phone numbers on their site to address customer concerns nor is there contact/shipping info outside of an email address. Avoid this merchant at all cost. You will be sorry you ever gave them your business!

I was turned onto cupshe last year, and was very hesitant to order from them due to all the bad ratings on several websites. My friend had ordered several bathing suits online from this website and was never disappointed, but everyone has a different experience right? I just decided to take a shot and buy a bathing suit. I was instantly emailed my confirmation number, tracking code etc. Yes, the shipping does take awhile; however, the bathing suit was exactly how I ordered it. One thing I don't like about this website is how you can only choose one size for the top AND bottom. A couple months later I ordered a romper from them, and it came in time, although the sizing was off from the chart that they provided. It was definitely made for someone shorter than me (5'9"), but was adorable. Not the best fabric, but was as cute if not cuter than the model pic. A couple days ago I ordered another romper to try again. It just came in and is adorable! The material is not so nice though, it is very see through and very cheaply made. You definitely get what you pay for on cupshe. Ive never had any issues with shipping. I live in northern California and the shipping is usually 11-13 business days. Wold definitely recommend if you are looking for something affordable and not as expensive!

1. The suits are ill fitting and run very small
2. They do not honor their own refund policy.
I ordered two suits (S and M) I am a 6 and both were tiny so I wanted to send them right back. You need to request a refund via email. They responded that I could either get a 50% refund and keep both tiny cheap suits, or give me a store credit for 80% of the amount I paid (just a week before). OMG!

Worst site ever!

If i can give it zero stars I would. Ordered 2 items - paid for it - waited... get sent a bogus "tracking number" that didnt even work and then received another email saying that one of the items was out of stock and was told i would get refunded. Well. I WAITED 3 AND A HALF MONTHS BEFORE GETTING MY ORDER! Got 3 different credit card statements where i never received a refund. And when i finally received my sweater it looked absolutely nothing like the photo. You couldnt even tell what it was, the fabric was cheap, the fit was for that of a small child and it smelled foul like polluted chinese air.

LOST PACKAGE!

Do not waste your time with them! I had ordered a bathing suit and quickly emailed them that I needed to change the address because it was accidently typed incorrectly. She told me it was too late to change it and that she couldn't do anything about it. When it was sent to that incorrect address and I had asked them if I could get a refund or another bathing suit sent to the correct address and she told me to go to the address and pick it up from the current owner. That is so unprofessional! Why would I invade someone else's property and privacy to see if they received my package?! I will never do business with them again!

Bad experience

I ordered 3 weeks ago, paid for fast shipping, I only received 1 out of the 2 swimwear I ordered. I sent 2 emails To custumer service to see what was going on, no one ever respond to me. Still waiting for an answer. I don't recommande doing business with Cupshe.
