I bought one two-pieced bathing suit from here and absolutely love it. The sizing information they put in the description box of every bikini is so useful and my bathing suit fits true to size... (I got a medium). I was hesitant to even buy from here because you have to get the same size bottom as top and I normall get a small in the tops and a large bottom. Ur the medium fit perfectly and the straps on the bathing suit are adjustable so you can set it to your preference of support. The fabric is also thick and comfortable so it's not rubbing on your legs and irritating you like some other bathing suits do. The shipping process was a bit long but they do a great job at updating you and if you have any questions about your package they instantly replied to me on Facebook about the status of my order. Definitely will be purchasing again!

My experience with Cupshe was great. I ordered the casual dress from them and to my surprise it was shipped the next day. It arrived in two and a half weeks, considering it is holiday season. I like everything about my dress, it is exactly like in the picture and as described. So, I bought another 3 things and planning not to stop buying from them...

I've had the best experience ordering with Cupshe after discovering them through Facebook. I ordered the first swimsuit which not only felt great on my body (an XL for size 16) but FIT well for $23. Unfortunately due to my sizing, it was too loose up top but they quickly responded to my email inquiring about an exchange. I was offered a credit and was able to order a new bathing suit immediately.

I work in customer service, so being able to handle ball this VIA EMAIL was on point! They never missed a beat. I told my friends and co-workers about the service and cute selection of bathing suits.

I found a new place for bathing suits.

This website is a complete scam, I know the prices seem too good to be true, and that is because they are! I made the mistake of ordering two bathing suits BEFORE I read all the terrible reviews! I paid an extra $20 for three-day-shipping, hoping to have them in time for my beach trip. 10 minutes after I placed the order, I sent an email to the customer service department asking them to cancel it for a full refund. A couple hours later I hadn't heard anything back, so I sent another email. And then another one, and then another one. I got no response until 3-4 days after I sent the first email, and then they told me it was too late to cancel the order because it had already been processed. Why would you process the order, when I sent you 30 emails 10 minutes after placing it, asking you NOT to process it?!?! It has been 3 weeks, and I still have not received my order, even after paying so much extra for expedited shipping! I highly doubt I will ever get these bathing suits. And if I do, I'm sure they will be terrible quality, like all the reviews state. Do not get fooled like I did!

Ordered 3 suits- a one piece in 2 sizes and a two-piece. Both styles were cut way too narrow for my frame (up top but fit elsewhere), so sizing up was not going to resolve.
Went thru the annoying process of taking pictures of packaging, emailing for an RA, and we are now more than a week into emailing back and forth. They keep offering me 100% credit on my account to get more suits. I had a travel deadline that forced me to purchase elsewhere.
Their return policy says nothing about it being honored at THEIR discretion. I assume they are trying to run out the 30 days so they don't have to refund.

6/13/17 Update
After nearly 3 weeks of emailing, Cupshe provided their return addresses and offered me 200% store credit as an alternative. They demanded that the shipment be received within 3-5 days (note increased cost to return). I shipped all three suits and provided them the tracking number.
Two days after delivery, I received a refund notification for the two identical suits ordered in two different sizes. Evidently the third suit was on sale (which was indicated nowhere on my invoice) and is non-refundable.

I ordered a bathing suit about 1 week ago. The email I received stated that my payment went to something listed in Chinese symbols. I received the suit yesterday, only for both the top and bottom to be too small (even though I went by their sizing charts). The packaging on the suit also had Chinese language on it. Through email messages sent and returned from Cupshe, a couple of the responses seemed automated and were not quite right when it came to grammatical skills. I received one reply that said I could exchange the product and that I wouldn't even have to send the suit back, they would just give me a credit. Then, I got another reply stating the suit was on sale and wasn't able to be returned or exchanged. THE BEST PART - - - I was contacted by my bank this morning about suspected fraudulent charges on my account and all of the transactions were coming from China. So, needless to say, this company has taken advantage of me and I hope enough people read this so that they don't make the same mistake.

I wish I could give zero stars. Customer service is horrible... HORRIBLE!... I ordered a week ago and my order still hasn't shipped yet... Only a packing slip has been generated... I need it by friday and I need it to ship today... I AM SO ANGRY!... I have sent several emails with no response... UGH!... SHIP TODAY! DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO... I HOPE THEY SEE THIS AND CALL THERE WAREHOUSE AND TELL THEM TO SEND IT OUT TODAY... SHIP TODAY! SO ANGRY AND VERY DISAPPOINTED!

So i have been seeing this website a lot via facebook, instagram, etc. and the bathing suits are SO cute and reasonably priced! However, do not be fooled by this ladies! I ordered two bathing suits on May 23rd and have been waiting for it to be shipped. I got the shipping email with the tracking number and was very excited because chose 6 day shipping. I thought all of the negative reviews for this company were wrong. But it is now June 5th and my package still has not been shipped. The reason they send you the tracking number is because they created the label, not because it has been ready to be shipped. I have emailed 5 different times now and only received one reply stating that they are going to ship it now. Still NOT SHIPPED! I chose 6 day shipping and it still has not even been shipped and it has been 13 days. I know you get tempted for the great prices but DO NOT be fooled. It is all sham.
