Cipshe's customer service is five star. They really came through with three different wonderful options in regards to a return. I would continue to buy from them. Unlike other online clothing companies who make the return process so difficult it's not even worth returning the items. Cupshe is much different!

The bathing suit was pretty, and the dress was nice. However, as a plus sized girl, they do not cut their plus sized items for plus sized girls. They unfortunately just make it bigger without considering how plus size women are shaped. Hence, stick to vendors who make clothes specifically for plus sized women.
Worse, I never wore the items, left the tags on them. My BF took me on trip to Mexico (why I bought them) and upon my return, I was very busy with work. I forgot to process the return. I missed the 30-day window. But what is worse, they did not even offer a store credit. I would have given my niece my store credit. Better vendors offer at least a store credit. People have busy lives, with jobs, etc. I think it is a poor policy. No matter how cute the swimsuits may be, on principle, I will not give them my business again.

I bought two bathing suits, one fit perfect and the other, despite their rep recommending a size large per my measurements, didn't fit well. I left a review stating this and Cupshe immediately contacted me and gave me a free coupon to buy a bathing suit on them. I live in Florida so will continue to buy from them--even without worry, for their customer service is great!

I just love the items that I received however they did not quite fit right. The service I was given was outstanding - I was offered a 60% refund but still able to keep my items. I shop alot online and things can go wrong. This was an amazing experience and I will definitely shop here again

When I place orders online I'm a little afraid of the quality of the items, sometimes they look beautiful in the website but when you receive it it's another story... the item I got was exact as it looks in the picture, I am so happy with it.

I absolutely love CupShe and from now on will always order my bathing suits from them. The first swimsuit I ordered fit perfectly (it was a 2 piece) the 2nd one (1 piece) was a little small, but I emailed about exchanging it and they responded right away, gave me 130% refund and I didn't have to worry about returning the other one. They have great customer service, material is great, and the swimsuits are just as the picture shows.

I'm so happy with this company. I ordered four medium swimsuits that came suprisingly fast. I was disappointed at first because they were too small, so I emailed the Cupshe team to exchange them for larger sizes. They then proceeded to give me a 130% coupon to use online to reorder my items plus more and told me I didn't have to send back the original bikinis I ordered. I've never dealt with an online company this generous. Thanks Cupshe!

Received help in a very timely manner. Lots of different swimsuits to choose from too. I didn't like the fit of the first swimsuit and they told me to keep it and have me a coupon for 160%.
