Really well made. Great fit and the colours are gorgeous. Well made fabric flattened me out in the right places so was very impressed. High waist biking hid my tummy. Fast shipping, great communications, hassle free. Really pretty packaging, impressed the girls at work. Faultless. Xxx

I absolutely love shopping online at Cupshe! They never fail to satisfy my needs! I order several items a months and out of the whole time I've been ordering I've only needed to send one item back and their customer support very helpful and I had no problem getting my money back.

Was unsure of my size for bathers so emailed cupshe, same day response asking me to send them my height/weight/cup size. Sent information requested and same day reply again with my size, which was spot on.

I had placed an order with CupShe on a Saturday and paid for the express shipping. They didn't dispatch my order until Tuesday even though I had express shipping of 4-6 days and then I get a tracking number that is not recognized so I can't track my order. I spoke to a customer service rep on chat regarding tracking my order and she tells me that due to thanksgiving it'll be delivered 2 days after I fly out on holidays which didn't resolve the issue of the tracking number fiasco in the first instance. They shouldn't advertise express shipping if they know they cannot deliver due to public holidays... Their customer service is really bad. If you have a sale on and you know that that there will be high volumes of orders coming through wouldn't you plan accordingly? Wouldn't you prioritize express shipping orders first?
Lets hope the fit is right as their sizing guide online was a bit shady as well... Don't think I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon...

We found that your package has been well collected by shipping carrier on Monday Nov 25 instead of Tuesday. We promise to process all orders within 1 business day after customer placed orders from our online or APP store. Please also rest assured that once we have shipped the item, the tracking status will take a few days to be updated online by the shipper. Therefore, please wait a few more days and try again later. Btw, delivery Time = Warehouse Processing Time +Shipping Time. The Express Shipping delivery time you selected will be around 4~6 business days (Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays such as Thanksgiving Day). Furthermore, Nov 28 and Nov 29 are in the Thanksgiving holiday, which means the shipping carriers do not have to go to work during these days as well as Saturday and Sunday. That's why our customer service told you that your shipping will be delayed up to 2 days. However, we tracked your parcel and found that it can be delivered on Dec 2 which is within the shipping time frame regardless of the delay due to Thanksgiving Day. We're always looking at ways to improve our service and logistics, so we'll take your feedback on board for the future. Anyway, our customer service also has got in touch with you about this issue via email, please take a look when you have a moment.

I bought a swimmer, beautiful piece but the top came faulty. Contacted the company and responded asap. Excellent response and offered a 130% coupon or full refund. Very happy with the service. I actually purchase more cloth with my exchange.

Purchased 2 cover ups and 2 bathing suits. Had to return one of the suits for another size. The customer service I received was way above what I expected. The products were very well made and true to size. I will be ordering from this site again..

Sadly, they were too short for my plus size body revealing belly and groin. (eek) but the customer service was excellent and returns/refund options comprehensive.
