Bathing suits fit exactly as expected and great price!
I had a great experience with CUPSHE, I had paid for expedited shipping as I needed the products quickly but due to unforeseen reasons they did arrive in time. CUPSHE gave me a great coupon and offered to process the return; all done very quickly and with no hassle.
I ended up keeping the products and they are really great quality and very cute on - true to size and descriptions. I'll be back.

I ordered two bath suit cover ups and I got a Email about a week later saying both my products were not in stock anymore and I was given a refund. About 2 weeks later I made another order and the Items again said in stock then a week after purchase I receive another email saying the product is not in stock. IF THE ITEAM IS NOT IN STOCK Let it be know on the site! Such a Waste of time and money! Never Again
Product is poor quality and the company is even worse. You can't even get a refund back. You have to pick between 70% refund or your full refund minus you paying for shipping. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Trying on swimsuits is an exercise i rarely enjoy. Browsing through suits online and reading accurate and helpful customer reviews helps narrow down what I want. The "real-life" photos customers send in also helps one select a suit that will actually work for a real body. I order 3 suits at a time because I know the excellent customer service will ensure I can return or exchange with no hassle. The only thing I would suggest is some sort of incentive for more people to post real-life photos from customers by offering a coupon if customers add a picture review. That database of images would be even a bigger draw for new customers!
Unfortunately the first suit didn't fitt me well. It was very well made though. The customer service was very prompt. They offered a coupon so i did not have to worry about return shipping. I am very happy with my replacement suit and look forward to more purchases.

From the time ordered to the time I received my purchases I was impressed everything fit nicely. I ordered four swimsuits and a cover up but accidentally received four additional bathing suits. I contact them to let them know and they were apologetic but allowed me to keep the additional swimsuits free of charge. I was super excited because I knew I was doing the right thing by letting them know about the discrepancy. I will order again from them soon!

I ordered a couple of swimsuits from Cupshe after reading reviews from women who had supposedly bought and were satisfied with purchases from the website. I was told that there would be a 3 day delay in packing my order because of a holiday. Totally fine. I selected 5-8 day shipping. Sounds ok. That means at the latest I should have received my order after 11 days. It's been over two weeks since I placed my order and the suits never arrived. I have followed the FedEx tracking number which only continues to state the the shipper has loaded my items into a truck? I contacted customer service from Cupshe, and they told me a whole ton of garbage: first, the original shipping confirmation email they sent me was wrong - they actually sent my order our 4 days after they sent the email. Second, I would not be able to watch tracking on my items for 5-6 days (why would that be?). When I followed up with further questions and stating my concern with request of my money back they responded with an odd response that I could return the items after they arrived and receive a coupon toward a new order (instead of receiving my money back). This place is a SCAM SCAM SCAM! I will never order from there again, and I am desperately saddened that I lost over $100 and will still have to go find and purchase new swimsuits from another store.

Cupshe is a scam. Here is how their fraudulent business works. You make a purchase through www.cupshe.com. They give you fake expedited shipping. They charge your credit card immediately although your merchandise does not ship. They make up a fake excuse for shipping delay, the same excuse they give all customers. Tracking your order says "shipping labels created" but your order is not shipped to you. Then, when you ask to cancel/ be refunded, they refuse and instead, give you 3 options to NOT get your money back. Don't buy anything from their website. It is a scam.

I bought a few items on their website thinking it will come in time for my trip. Cupshe advertises 6-8 business days on the website. The time passed and I didn't get the mail. After I reached out, they said there would be a delay because of some shipping problems they are experiencing. They didn't even have the courteasy to let me know, until after I reached out. Who knows when my stuff will arrive. Poor customer service... despite their items on the website looking so cute, I would not recommend this place.

I purchased 2 pairs of plus size swimmers. They arrived in a very timely manner, the quality was great and the sizing ( unfortunately for my judgment) was true to size. That made mine too big because I was expecting small sizing. I contacted Cupshe and they responded promptly. Blair organised a credit so I could get the size I need and they too arrived quite quickly. Extremely pleased with everything from the product to the customer service. Thank you.
