I placed an order on Cupshe on April 12. I checked the shipping updates every couple days, but the package HAS NOT EVEN moved since then! It is said to be located in Jamaica, NY. I have emailed them TWICE and chatted with a representative online TWICE about this issue (I have to say, their customer service is quick and easy, but they don't give you the best answers). I understand the huge COVID-19 issue and how it can affect shipping and handling, but everytime I talk to someone on the online chat or over email, they always give me the same unsure answer: Our packages are shipped from overseas and due to COVID-19, our warehouse shipping is delayed blah blah blah. I researched the USPS updates on COVID-19, but they seem to have no problems with deliveries. So, where TF is my package? I'm starting to get worried that I'll never get it...

I ordered a size that was slightly too big and wanted to exchange for a smaller size. Their customer service responded to my email so fast and went above and beyond to make sure that I got the size I needed. I've ordered suits a few different times and the last time unfortunately the suits didn't work out... one simple email and I received a quick response and concern with how to resolve my issues! Long story short I was given a discount coupon code to replace the three suits I had that didn't work plus an extra for free and I didn't have to return my bad fitting suits couldn't be happier with that!

I have ordered many swim suits from cupshe. This past order, one of the suits did not fit correctly. I reached out through email about a return. I had an answer within minutes. Five stars for communication.

I ordered 4 suits in different sizes and styles because you never really know how they will fit. They arrived very quick. Two I absolutely loved and two I needed to return. The customer service was through email and I had Summer assist me. She took care of my issues, got my refund, and then followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. I just ordered more suits and some dresses and can't wait for them to arrive!

I absolutely love the swimsuits that I ordered from Cupshe and their Customer Service is amazing. I submitted a ticket for an exchange due to ordering the wrong size swimsuit. The response and solution to my issue was handled quickly and efficiently. They offered me a coupon for the full amount of what I paid, which allowed me to be able to order another swimsuit without the hassle of returning my original order. Cupshe should not be permitted to operate as an online retail store! I ordered 4 dresses and needed to return all of them because I either did not like the fit, cut, or feel of the fabric. After sending multiple emails asking about initiating the return process, I only received emails stating I needed to provide both return shipping label numbers and a photo of the shipping invoice. I did not receive an invoice in my package. I attempted to tell them numerous times via email(which is the only way to contact them since they do not have a phone number). I asked if I would get a full refund even though I did not receive a shipping invoice and I did not get an answer. In the end, I listed the dresses for sale to try to recoup some of my money because I had a feeling that had I sent the dresses back, I would not have received a dime in return and they wouldve re-sold the dresses! DO NOT BUY FROM CUPSHE!

Actually our customer service asked for the tracking number of the return package you send to us and a photo of its receipt, not the information of original package we sent to you. Because there were quantities packages returned back to our warehouse, only with the specific information can we find customers' returned packages. The refund will be processed immediately after receiving the necessary information. We apologize for that we didn't explain the policy properly. I ordered several items, which arrived earlier than expected. I had to return two of them and order different sizes. Customer service was responsive and handled everything politely and quickly, refunding my items to my original form of payment, minus shipping. I'm super happy with my items AND my experience with customer service! I have been scammed by other online clothing companies, which totally sucked, and because of that I was worried about this company too, but I didn't have anything but a positive experience with CUPSHE from start to finish.
