Great quality product. I have multiple pairs of swimmers from this site. I did however get a pair of bikinis that didn't quite fit, and wow was the refund/credit/exchange process super easy and generous. I'm a huge cup she fan.

I was very happy with my overall experience w Cupshe- from initial order and communication of delivery. I ordered 3 suits, all of my surprise amazing quality for the price... unfortunately only 1 fit perfectly- (but now I what to expect in sizes)
I contacted customer service as noted in returns section and within 24 hours I received a prompt response on options for returns- they promptly answered all of my questions and I am looking forward to shopping here more frequently.

Save yourself from this company and do not order from them. Low quality, manipulative customer service, and unprofessional information. A cheap, poor-fitting swimsuit has cost me hours of my life trying to get a refund for. Even though I shipped back the items, customer service might not give me a refund because I didn't save a copy of my receipt... which they didn't ask me for until AFTER they told me I can ship back my items.

Wow, great customer service. Was not expecting what I got when the swimsuit I purchased just did not look good on me. The quality of the swimsuit was great it was just that the swimsuit did not suit my body shape. Within one day customer service responded and took care of my issue and gave me three great options to choose from to resolve the problem. Now how many companies do that? Highly recommend purchasing from Cupshe.

Was a bit weary to order after reading some reviews but I was sure to check the sizing (ignore the hip measurements) and the actual suit reviews for fit. My order came in a week. The material is durable, fit was perfect and colours are true. One suit didn't look great on me. They offered 3 options and I took a credit which I used immediately. For the price of the suits and the variety of options, you can't go wrong. I have recommended this company many times to fiends already!

I needed to exchange my swimsuit as I had ordered the wrong size. I initially sent my email requesting assistance to the wrong email address, but once I found the correct email address a few days later, I was quickly provided with a response offering a credit of 130% which meant I could buy the swimsuit in the correct size without having to worry about returning the original one I had ordered. So I ended up ordering two new swimsuits with the 130% credit. I am very happy with the service. Thank you CupShe! Xxx
