The radio was ok but could not get any AM stations to work on the radios. This was for my wifes van. It fit great and looked great but had to take it out and return it because I wife listens to AM stations most of the time. Will have to figure something else out. I had to pay to ship the radio back which make me out money for a radio that did not work correctly so will not be ordering from Crutchfield for the replacement. Dont want to have to keep paying if I need to return again. Tech support was nice and tried to help but nothing they had me try worked so they suggested I spend more money to get a signal booster which may not work so that is why I decided to just return it to cut my losses
The shipping was extremely fast. The product was as advertised. The in house wiring harness connector was well worth the cost and installation was flawless.
I have always had a great experience buying from Crutchfield and this time was no different. The install supplies and instructions made the whole experience great. The speakers in my suburban were falling apart so these were definitely an upgrade. They sound decent for the price paid and to be fair I also need to replace the remaining speakers in the vehicle which I plan to do in the future. Thanks Cruthfield

You get quality information on their website that makes it easy to get the right thing. Even if you save $1.98 somewhere else, you won't get their service and tech support. It's a great place to do business.

Seriously this is a great way to go, with most products they even offer free wiring harnesses to help you get set-up and not have to splice any factory wiring. Don't believe all the one star reviews I see about them -honestly most of them are complaining because they can't understand the concept of what a business day is XD. I recommend, and I hate buying things online.

Like many folks, I find it hard to hear and understand dialog on a lot of TV shows and movies. The Zvox 200 sound bar/speaker really helps improve the sound quality for a reasonable price. As always, Crutchfield service is excellent.

Been dealing with Crutchfield for more years than I can count. It's easy to find what you want or need here and to compare components. I've only had to talk to a rep once. My Ford had a premium booster that the wiring did not show. They sent me a schematic that helped me out. I think this is my 3rd car stereo purchased here... my 4th will be here also!
This is an awesome product. The sound on our TV just wasn't up to par for an elderly couple with some hearing loss. The clear voice setting now lets my Husband hear and understand what the news anchor is reporting. Thanks again for such an easy solution; the delivery was fast and the price great.

The product I bought was exactly as advertised and arrived when they said it would. Install was easy too as the supplied documentation was right on for my vehicle. Only nit... there was no mention of installing the external mic but I figured that out quickly. Overall, I would certainly buy an aftermarket stereo from Crutchfield again.

Answer: I've bought outlet item for many years now and never had an issue or even needed to return. I'm pretty sure you can return if not happy with it. It says it under the price after you click on that item I believe
