Just received device. Charging now however the battery is swollen on arrival. I hope though it works but going to need a battery replacement part for the disco itself. Please contact me so I can get that otherwise the review will stay at 3 for now.

Living in Alaska many companies do not ship here or ship here free and Crutchfield does. We've used Crutchfield for many years now and continue to get the best reliable service. Although there were many vendors with the same pricing on the product I chose Crutchfield because they do not bait and switch on price or shipping.

The Cambridge SR20 sounds great and the recommendation to choose it was much appreciated. I had a question on attaching the Rocket 44 speaker cables and called customer support and together we figured out that there were plugs in the caps and by taking them out, the banana plugs would fit. The sound is spacious and well defined and the dynamic range is clear and crisp. Very pleased.

Up dated my 2000 Mercedes Benz CLK 430 with a double den Sony radio tuner. With their technical support this was accomplished where others said you can't do it. The new system exceeded my highest expectations with 6.4 inch screen, back up camera and microphone. Used OEM Bose speakers producing greatly improved sounds.

Ordered 6 speakers on a Friday and received all of them on Wednesday! Very fast shipping; and delivery by UPS. The cartons arrived without a scratch and the UPS driver was very helpful to bring the heavy bulky boxes inside the house. All the items ordered were as published in their website.
